New Zealanders' perception of their health and wellbeing has sadly fallen in the last year and remains well below the global average, research shows. Specifically, mental health which has been a hot topic for Government to try and address over the last year. It’s generally accepted that more should and could be done to help those suffering with mental health issues, and to improve Kiwis’ general health and well-being at home and in the workplace.
