A message from Vector Customer Service Team:

Vector owns and operates networks that distribute electricity and gas across the greater Auckland region. We are constantly working to ensure safety and reliability of our networks. We always aim to do this work with minimal disruption to our customers.

General maintenance is planned in your area. For safety reasons, this means we will have to turn off your power temporarily.

Weather permitting, this work will take place as detailed below:

Address:               Rosedale Road, Albany, Auckland

Outage Dates:     Monday 25 November 2019, 5:00 am – 6:00 am AND

Saturday 30 November 2019, 5:00 am – 6:00 am.

Every effort will be made to ensure disruption is kept to a minimum. We advise you to switch off all sensitive electrical equipment for the duration of the shutdown. Please remember, for your own safety, to treat all wiring and sockets as live at all times. Please notify the organisations that monitor any health and security alarms as these may be affected by this power outage.

Medical dependency

If you use medical equipment that relies on electricity you should let your power company know and ensure you are prepared for power disruption. If there is an immediate health threat, please contact your health provider or call 111.

We apologise for any inconvenience these works may cause and thank you for your patience and co-operation while we get the job done. For more information about planned power outages, visit vector.co.nz/plannedoutage.
