Layout
Here are examples of typical seating arrangements. These are indicative and not to scale.
Sometimes a change of scenery can make all the difference. That’s why BNH members and associate members are welcome to book our training room. The best news? It’s FREE for up to two hours per week.
Hours of availability
You can book the room between 8.30am-4.30pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
In-room AV equipment
The interactive display includes a whiteboard, meeting apps, Microsoft Office apps, camera, microphone and speakers. If you require specific apps, please contact us ahead of time.
Cost
Up to 2 hours: FREE
2-4 hours: $150 (+GST)
4+ hours: $300 (+GST)
Noise levels
We kindly ask that you are considerate of the noise levels whilst onsite, as the adjacent offices will be working during this time.
Parking
There is limited parking on site designated for BNH staff and visitors. The BNH coordinator will advise you if parking is available on the day of your booking. We encourage you and your attendees to carpool or use public transport.
Food
When ordering /consuming food, please consider that this is a working environment – e.g., avoid choices that have a lingering odour. Please remove any excess rubbish when you leave.
Smoking
This is not permitted inside or in front of the building.

Once your booking form has been processed, we’ll email you a confirmation with a RAMS form attached. Please read this form, and bring it with you on the day, signed as accepted.
