Membership of Business North Harbour requires agreement to abide by our Constitution and follow all rules. By completing membership forms and documentation you are agreeing to abide by our Constitution.

Event Refund Policy:

BNH events are primarily for BNH Members, non members attendance is limited to availability and charged at a non member rate.

Refund Policy: BNH offers a full refund if the booking is cancelled in writing at least 48 hours before the event. If the cancellation is received after this deadline a refund will not be offered. BNH reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrolment or other exceptional circumstances. In such circumstances, all participants will be offered a full refund. If an event is postponed, BNH reserves the right to either transfer registration to a new event or issue a full refund.

Permission to use photos: by registering to attend and attending our events you are granting BNH permission to use images of yourself. Such use includes the display, publication or otherwise of photographs, images and/or videos taken for use in material that include, but may not be limited to, printed material such as brochures, newsletters, videos and digital images used on BNH’s website and social media pages, such as Facebook and for event promotion.
