Applications for a fourth round of the Covid-19 Wage Subsidy payment opened at 9.00am today and will close at 11.59pm on Thursday 14th October 2021.

This payment is to help employers and self-employed people pay wages and save jobs. To be eligible, businesses need to have had (or predict) a minimum 40% decline in revenue in the 14 days between the 28th September – 11th October 2021 (inclusive), and meet all the other eligibility criteria.

To ensure payments are processed as quickly as possible, it’s very important the information provided in the application matches that held by Inland Revenue. If the information doesn’t match, it may delay the processing of an application.
