Calling our Harbour Volunteers!! We are having a working bee as part of the Rosedale Restoration Project.
The work undertaken this weekend will contribute towards reducing NHHA’s carbon footprint and greenhouse gases. This is an opportunity to be part of a sustainable project aimed at mitigating climate change for future hockey players and their whānau.
Te Hononga a Iwi need to shift 19 more tonnes by hand in two weeks. It is a mammoth job, but will likely tip us into the history books with your gift of time and labour giving us the biggest chance of being a climate positive restoration!
Please bring yourself and 10 others with you (with a flexi bucket, water and gumboots) this Saturday and please spread the word – ad attached. All welcome. Parking only in Rosedale Park or NHHA and walk 250 m to the site.
