Leadership And Business Mentoring Programme
This is a unique mentoring programme offered by Business North Harbour (BNH) in partnership with Massey University (MU) so we invite you to get involved as a Mentor or a Mentee.
The programme, which is subsidised by BNH enables participants to access the expertise on offer for FREE:
Mentors
Mentors have the opportunity to give back and share their valuable experience, expertise and networks with other business leaders and potential leaders.
Mentees
Mentees gain access to our pool of experienced Mentors whose expertise covers a wide array of leadership and business subjects
Mentees
Mentees benefit from having someone to provide specific, tailored support and the opportunity to progress more quickly along their career journey, with improved capability and confidence.

In Brief
- The programme will commence in early March
- Mentors and Mentees are encouraged to meet in-person or remotely at least monthly
- The programme ends in December
- Mentor training sessions will be held in March and June
- A Mentor feedback session (1 hour) will be held in November
- Mentee feedback sessions (1 hour) will be held in June and October
- Useful resources are available
- BNH will cover the costs of the programme
