Reflexology is a holistic natural therapy that works to support the body to re-balance, through inducing a state of deep relaxation in which the body can be encouraged to tap in to its innate self healing abilities.
I am Karen Middleton, owner operator of this business, working alongside one of my graduates Maria Jenkins. We warmly invited to visit our lovely Hub in Rosedale Road to experience Reflexology or one of the other therapies that we offer.

Our Hub is also home to the Auckland School of Reflexology. The only reflexology school in Auckland. A place to learn the basics of Reflexology, and/or continue on to study the full Diploma in Reflexology to become a practitioner. We also offer training in Indian Head Massage.
Both of us are members of Reflexology New Zealand (RNZ). The association for professional reflexologists.
