NZTA has advised that as work continues constructing the new Paul Matthews Road and a walking and cycling path, plus the widening of the existing Caribbean Drive, a pedestrian detour will be in place from Monday 19th October. If NZTA are delayed due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, then this detour may shift to the next day.
