A message from Auckland Transport

It’s never been more important to look after ourselves and those around us. A simple thing we can all do is to register our AT HOP cards, which can be used for contact tracing if needed. If your card is already registered, please check that your contact details, your address, email and your phone number in particular, are up to date.

More than 80% of AT HOP card users have already registered their details with AT and increasing that number will only help us to support the Government’s response to COVID-19.

You can register or update your AT HOP details by going to https://at.govt.nz/bus-train-ferry/at-hop-card/register-at-hop-card/, calling the AT call centre (09 355 3553) or if necessary visit an AT customer service centre.

Remember too that from Monday (August 31) it will be compulsory to wear a face covering on buses, trains and ferries.
