As a Registered Master Builder, Great Land upholds rigorous industry standards across every project. Our director, Alan Yeung, brings a unique combination of construction, engineering, and governance expertise. He is a Chartered Construction Manager (MCIOB), a Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP Site 2), a member of Engineering New Zealand (MEngNZ), and a member of the Institute of Directors (MInstD). Together with our team’s hands-on experience, this ensures every project is managed with precision and delivered to the highest quality.
In 2025, our West Harbour project was recognised at a national level, earning the Bronze Award in the Multi Unit category at the Registered Master Builders House of the Year. As first-time entrants, our workmanship was assessed at over 50% above the general industry standard, reflecting the consistent care, creativity, and innovation we bring to every project.
