Established in 2021 and based on North Shore, Auckland, New Zealand, JVD Construction Limited specialises in residential construction and building services. We provide integrated solutions covering project planning, cost management, site coordination and final delivery. With an experienced team, quality workmanship and efficient project management, we are committed to delivering reliable, high-quality homes.
Our services include New Builds, Home & Land Packages, Subdivision, Project Management and Renovations. We also have our own dedicated team of skilled carpenters, providing greater control over workmanship, project timelines and construction quality while ensuring a solid foundation for every project.
JVD has an experienced professional team comprising 3 Senior Site Managers, 15 professional carpenters, including 4 experienced Team Leaders, and 2 Quantity Surveyors (QS). Together, they provide strong capabilities across site management, construction delivery, team coordination and cost control.
