Project Employ is a local charity that supports neurodiverse young adults (18-28 yrs) to become work-ready and gain meaningful, paid employment within their local community.
We do this by providing fees-free employability skills training and work experience opportunities in our training cafe, Flourish Cafe.
Our experienced team then works with Project Employ graduates and businesses owners to make the employment process easy and successful for all.
