Eight elected local business leaders currently make up Business North Harbour's executive committee. Their main responsibility is to drive BNH's strategic direction and govern the organisation effectively.
Executive Committee meetings are held on the 1st Tuesday of the month at BNH offices commencing at 4pm.
Peter Lamberton, Chair
Primacc Systems
Peter has wide-ranging experience in dealing with businesses and understanding the support they need from his 24 years as an effective commercial manager with a leading NZ bank. He continues to work with business at Primacc Systems, helping owners manage complexity within their business through ERP (enterprise resource planning). He is also experienced in successfully guiding strategic change as the former chairperson of several organisations, and finally has been involved with the Massey University incubator, the e-Centre, as a mentor.
Peter hopes his skills and knowledge can assist BNH continue to develop and grow.
Terry Ottow, DEPUTY CHAIR
AMPM Marketing Ltd
AMPM Marketing started in 1987. As its co-director, Terry has seen and experienced many of the challenges faced by local business. With his background as a business mentor and hands-on knowledge of the digital marketing world, Terry is excited to continue putting these skills to good use supporting BNH and his fellow members.
Ketien Chuor
ASB Bank Ltd
Ketien has more than 15 years’ experience dealing with business customers in the finance industry, holding a number of roles within ASB Bank Ltd. She is currently a Strategic Partnerships Manager focusing on solutions oriented strategies and implementation. Having formerly been an effective Business manager for many years, Ketien is skilled in understanding what is important to business owners and the support they require to achieve their goals and aspirations. Ketien is also a strong advocate in promoting diversity and inclusion. She was on the board for Young Women in Finance (YWF) NZ, assisting young women gain valuable career insights from highly successful women leaders in the finance industry. Specifically, YWF strives to provide high quality professional development and networking opportunities. Ketien is passionate about collaboration and implementing positive change; she believes it is the collective that makes a difference.
Greg cramond
Cramond Electrical Services Ltd
Greg has 25 years’ experience in the electrical industry, working his way up to the top level in most aspects of the trade. From recommending energy efficient light bulbs for an office to managing multi-million dollar residential apartment projects, Greg’s track record of quality workmanship and customer service excellence speak for themselves.
Greg’s lived on the North Shore for almost all of his life and brings some diversity to the board as a local trade business in the area. Transit, transport and efficiency in the BNH and greater areas are high on his list of items requiring attention.
Ryan de Zwart
Black Matrix Ltd
Ryan is a North Harbour commercial property owner and landlord, and also a commercial sales and leasing agent for Colliers International; having been involved in this role since 2004. With a strong local contact base, and a good understanding of the businesses in the North Harbour/Albany/Mairangi commercial region, Ryan offers a role to improve the quality of the working environment in this region.
Ryan hopes to help connect business needs/wants and facilitate the benefits, which the BNH BID offers.
samantha mills

Samantha has more than 25 years’ experience leading contact centres and IT helpdesks. Her background also includes roles with large, multi-site outsourcing contact centres, in both the private and public sectors in New Zealand and overseas. With her business sector facing some new and exciting challenges over the next few years with the introduction of new contact centre technologies, Samantha is determined to help her colleagues and members navigate these uncharted waters to ensure their success.
Over the last five or so years, Samantha has really enjoyed collaborating with some amazing volunteers at CCiNZ (Contact Centre Institute of New Zealand), and most recently assisted CCiNZ as their treasurer and vice chair.
Bronwen Newcombe

Bronwen is a Director at Davenports Law and leads the firms Employment Law team. Bronwen is experienced in all areas of employment law.
She regularly advises on a wide range of issues including personal grievances, performance management, negotiated exits and settlements, organisational and strategic restructuring, harassment and bullying, health and safety, confidential information and restraint of trades. Bronwen also prepares and advises on employment agreements and contractor agreements.
Janet Marshall
Colliers
Janet is a Director at Colliers NZ with over 15 years as a commercial property sales and leasing broker. Janet received the Women in Property Award from the Property Council in 2019, she is a business mentor and also a board member on the Takapuna Beach Business Association executive. Janet is a property owner in the BID, and has assisted other property owners and businesses by using her extensive network and experience to do whatever she can to assist.
Lance Manins
Driveline
Lance has more than 35 years experience in the Banking, Equipment Finance and Motor Vehicle Leasing sectors , 22 of those as the founder and Managing Director of Driveline Finance a specialist B2B Motor vehicle finance/lease funder based in Albany. Lance has a passion for working with and helping business’s in the SME sector and he will look to bring his experiences working in this sector to the board. Driveline has been based on the Northshore since 2007 and lance is local as well.
Lisa Hill

Lisa opened the doors to Eclipse Recruitment in 2004. As the Managing Director Lisa’s keen business sense and broad recruitment knowledge has seen the company grow into the success it is today.
Being a strong believer in honesty and integrity, foundational values for Eclipse Recruitment, Lisa has enjoyed long standing professional relationships with many clients across a diverse range of industries and businesses.
For Lisa giving back is important. Over the past two years she has been a mentor for Business North Harbour’s Women in Leadership Mentoring Programme. By sharing her knowledge and expertise she has helped other women realise their own potential as tomorrow’s leaders and managers.
Jenny Chen
Jia Interiors
After a successful career in Real Estate and Property Development, Jenny embraced her passion for design, and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture. She created her company, Jia Interiors, over 10 years ago, and has been practicing as a qualified, Interior Architect, since then. Jenny has been awarded numerous prestigious honours for her design work and has featured in many design publications. Jenny is a member of DINZ and NKBA.
Jenny will use her skills and experience to help BNH develop and grow, while supporting her fellow BNH members.
Chris Todd
Parkland
Chris is Managing Director of Parkland Products, a business he founded in 1988 to import and distribute TORO turf equipment from the USA. It was one of the first businesses to be located in the then newly established North Harbour Industrial Estate. Over the years, Parkland has grown, with staff and offices in Hamilton, Palmerston North, Christchurch, Cromwell and in Australia.
Chris has a finance background and an MBA from University of Otago. He has served on a number of commercial and not for profit Boards in NZ and overseas including St John Northern Region Trust Board and as Chair of St John Silverdale.
Chris believes that SMEs are the backbone of the NZ economy. Business North Harbour is doing an excellent job of supporting SMEs in the district. He looks forward to making a contribution to the continuing success of the organisation and the businesses it serves.

Hamish Coupe is a Senior Associate at McVeagh Fleming Lawyers in Albany, where he has been a valued member of the firm’s Albany Property Team since 2015. Hamish enjoys building strong client relationships, listening to their stories, and working alongside them to achieve their goals and secure their futures. His practice spans residential conveyancing, commercial transactions, trust matters, and both company and private client work.

Equipment hire is his main focus but he has a varied and colourful resume ranging from mechanic to flight attendant, stand-up comedian to business owner.

Sarah has over 25 years experience in the premium gifting sector. Starting her journey as a florist at only seventeen, she’s dedicated her career to finding the perfect balance of exceptional customer experience with profitable production and streamlined logistics. In 2005 she helped manage the launch of Edible Blooms in Australia. In 2008, following the successful Australian rollout, Sarah returned home to Auckland to launch Edible Blooms New Zealand.
Sarah has continued to grow Edible Blooms New Zealand, becoming a market-leader in both individual and corporate gifting nation-wide. Sarah’s leadership philosophy centres on practical empathy and mutual respect for customers, vendors and employees.
