Vicky is the founder and Managing Director of i-Recruit & HR Limited. Supported by a degree in Management Studies and Labour Relations from the University of Auckland, Vicky has over 25 years experience in Recruitment, HR Consulting & Management, covering both SME’s and Corporate Business.

Vicky recognises the performance of any organisation is ultimately dependent upon the quality of its employees. With this in mind, Vicky is focused on providing support and expertise in the areas of HR and Recruitment, ensuring all the necessary checks and balances are in place for maximum results.
